At True Gamers, I led the implementation of data-driven tools to support the company's scaling from 10 to 100 employees, driving 4x revenue growth and launching 12 new esports clubs in just 1.5 years.
My focus is turning data into a strategic asset — designing scalable platforms and solutions, optimizing site expansions, and data products that move the needle.
Before that, I played a key role at EPAM, modernizing data ecosystems with Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, and Power BI. By leading cross-functional teams and redefining enterprise analytics, I reduced data product delivery time from 8 months to 5.5 months and successfully onboarded 500+ monthly active users onto the Enterprise Data Platform.
