I can handling major client's requirement, research on processing inquires made by client, can monitor processing team and advice to solve their queries, can generate and Evaluate Quality Reports and feedback to processor. I can contribute to stabilize the Process. Able to do internal accuracy project to increase the productivity & quality of the process. Also able to Explain and present all the Documents, Facts and relevant data to the auditor and Top management during the auditing.Can Identify and implement new ideas needed for Processing Improvements.
