Currently, I am working full-time as an HR Executive in Dubai, where I have gained extensive experience that has helped me develop into a seasoned HR professional. One of my most significant accomplishments has been successfully hiring and onboarding 250 new employees in the span of a year. I am truly grateful to my team and HOD for their support, for recognizing my potential, and for promoting me to an executive position.

Throughout my career, I have found that maintaining a consistent recruitment process has been key to my success. My process involves holding in-depth discussions with clients and HODs to fully understand the job requirements and develop a comprehensive job description. From there, I dive into candidate sourcing and shortlisting, leveraging my connections and utilizing various recruitment channels to identify the best possible talent. Finally, I conduct interviews that allow me to make selections based on not just the job requirements, but also cultural fit, ensuring that each candidate I recommend is a great match for the company culture.
