With over 8 years of experience in the industry, I have honed my skills and expertise, delivering stunning designs and curating captivating art projects. My experience working with various organisations, including TEDx, GogolFest, Digital Agency "UA Master", and as a freelancer for clients in the USA, EU, and Ukraine, has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the field. I have also co-founded several successful businesses and cultural initiatives both in Ukraine and Berlin. Currently, I am serving as a Cultural Manager and Producer for Vitsche Berlin, based in Berlin and constantly seeking new and exciting projects to join and support. Hangout and BGRN Café bar feat, socialhouse, and until the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion have been working there as Creative and Communication Director. HVLV Bar feat. Hangout is a unique place for the local community situated in Kyiv, Ukraine. It's a cocktail and craft beer bar daily and a multi-genre night nightclub. BGRN is more of a Mediterranean cafe and a wine/cocktail bar situated in the heart of the city of Kyiv with a fabulous aesthetic interior and a lovable terrace on the roof. The scope of my duties was event management, promotion, marketing, content creation and supervision, communication, strategic development, and visual branding of both spaces. Over these 7 years, our main project, HVLV has become an essential location for local artists and LGBTQ+ communities. Furthermore, it not only hosted numerous international and native musicians but also became a beacon for nightlife activism in the neighborhood.
