Working on briefs for internal & commercial clients to produce unique outcomes that meet the clients requests, such as corporate internal and external signage. Using the latest Adobe creative suite programs such as Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & QuarkXpress. Working effectively as a team and providing innovative ideas to improve aspects of processes within the workplace. Printing on large format Roland Versaworks, Xerox and HP printers to ensure quality reproduction of Institute and commercial materials. Ensure that all material corresponds to standards set within our corporate identity. To design and produce finished artwork for marketing material. Oversee the production of Institute and commercial printed products. To recommend software packages and materials for Institute use (such as HP DesignJet Click). Safeguard all designs and marketing materials within a structured online filing system. To keep a log of all work undertaken. Comply with the Institute's Health and Safety Policy, Policies and Procedures and Equal Opportunities Policy. Undertake appropriate and relevant staff development and continuously update skills. Liaise as required with schools, colleges, industry and commerce. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. Take responsibility for ownership of system(s) and procedure(s) used, reviewing them and changing them as needed for best use. To perform such other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
