- Provide leadership and guidance on financial matters, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and stakeholders.

- Manage the external audit, tax, banking, and other required accounting and finance relationships as needed.

Leading a financial team with different profiles and roles such as accounting, controlling, FP&A, purchasing and Financial projects. Responsible of monthly financial statements and management result to the regional board with financial Operational Profit analysis and year landing estimations. In charge of annual audit's management in constant interaction with the group's headquarters and shared service center. Leading the implementation of different financial projects in the region bringing efficiency in the P&L of the organization, such as mutualization or company restructuring.

Driving financial reporting to stakeholders for decision making through preparation of strategic plan, quaterly active forecast and monthly financial statements of the entity, drafting Quarterly Executive commentary pack. ROI, efficiency, KPIs, financial indicators.. Improved efficiency and quality for the financial reporting within the organization through new RPA or Power BI reports deployed to drive the decision-making. Experience in GBS organization and delivery model, delivering studies for different company scenarios in terms of GBS location and scope of activities.
