Supporting managers with consultancy on Microsoft guidelines and supporting employees with moving to a new role or country. Collaborating with HR and C&B or Global Mobility. Operationally processing internal transfers of Microsoft employees across EMEA (relocations, business moves, redeployments etc).
Driving internal hiring projects, focusing on recruiting capability, operational excellence and positive experience of employees and managers.
• Working as a trusted Advisor to Hiring Managers on various open positions globally
• Project Management
• Working closely with a team of External RecruiterBoolean sers, Schedulers and Auditors during the internal offer process
• Managing requisitions and internal job postings in iCIMS
• Generation of contracts of employment
• Assisting with ad-hoc HR related queries after Internal Offer has been accepted
• Work closely with Global Mobility and Legal Advisors on international relocations
