In the beginning of his professional career as Project/Service Delivery manager, the consultant was involved in a very interesting project that was the ITSM implementation in Danone. The scope was to implement and standardize the IT processes across almost all Business units (BU) around the world, and we discuss here about round 200k users and around 2k IT users. The project was a success especially that was done almost 10 years ago and this was publicised in many articles that can be found on a simple search.
Related to the same project, when the number of BU started to grow the performance of the tool started to drop and the decision was to migrate from on-premise tool (BMC SDE) to a new tool, cloud based (4Me). Besides the technical details that needed to be done, like migrate the data, clean the date, normalize the data and setup the processes along with the workflows and automation from behind, the consultant managed also the preparation and training of the personnel onsite, before each Go Live.
After that, the consultant joined OMV Petrom were he was part again of the team that managed the ITSM tool BMC Remedy. The main responsibilities were to make sure that the tool works properly from the operational point of view and he was offering 3rd line support in the organisation and of course, that most of time was involved in project and changes with the scope to introduce eighter new functionalities or enhancement for existing ones.
Furthermore, the consultant joined ITAcademy and he was mentoring and coaching of IT Service Management implementation programmes and initiatives that implement new processes or improve the existing ones. Additionally, he provided ITIL trainings
