In the Digital trade team of The White Company, I was responsible for supporting the Digital teams through delivering regular website reporting, analysis and insights. Analysing AB test campaigns, supporting product and UX teams with analysis to support and influence wider site developments. Conducting deep dive analysis to unearth insights and opportunities for the testing roadmap.
Responsibilities
The subject matter expert and lead for end-user support of primary analytics tool; Contentsquare.
Providing website reporting and insights to various levels of stakeholders across the business, including trade, content and Marketing using Adobe Analytics.
Creating and maintaining key dashboards, reports for the business. Identifying gaps in the data and recommending what is needed. Through debugging data.
Translating all analysis into meaningful and easily understood output supported with recommendations to add further value.
