• Working with a variety of clients including established technology leaders, innovative start-ups, investment banks and consultancies, multinational clients and Blue-Chip businesses, and placing candidates into a variety of positions from Director level down to entry level Software Developers
• Main point of contact for any VIP roles within my clients, Identifying and fulfilling needs of stakeholders and hiring managers, managing the end-to-end hiring process ensuring the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations.
• Main point of contact for assisting with high-volume projects, managing end to end process and receiving good feedback from the client
• Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships and influencing them by using market insights.
• Leading vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans.
• Managing candidate relationships and their satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
• Generating candidates via cold calling, CV & database searches, LinkedIn, Boolean Searches, networking and talent communities, effective marketing and referral schemes
• Meeting with candidates, conducting face to face interviews and assessing suitability
• Preparing both candidate and client for interview and providing detailed feedback
• Selling identified and selected candidates to client hiring managers, successfully handling any objections, as well as advising top level candidates on a client's opportunity including culture fit, knowledge gaps and value proposition.
• Advising both candidate and client through the offer, resignation, and acceptance stages
• Being consulted regarding phone interviewing strategies and analysis of completed interviews, including behavioral interviews, of potential candidates to select top level candidates for clients.
• Interpreting and analyzing data and present back to client so that enhancements can be made to the hiring process such as revisions of behavioral based interview guides, job descriptions, compensation packages, and success indicators.
· Production of recruitment plans and psychometric questioning to filter candidate and gaining insights into their motivations and behaviours.
· Provide constructive feedback to Hiring Managers and accumulating the right information to ensure the right candidates are acquired.
· Collaborate with Insights teams to gain greater understand of the global market and provide realistic expectations especially regarding niche roles
· Reducing cost to clients whilst increasing employer branding
· Ensuring diversity and inclusion, ensuring no unconscious bias from hiring process.
