• Full stack developer working with MERN stack to build, test & deploy modules through our solution

• Remotely lead, mentor & coach a development team of 3+ React-Native & NodeJS developers, assigning tasks, design solutions, and code reviews.

• Handle CI/CD of our solution on Microsoft Azure, Releasing new versions & third-party integrations

• Provide technical support to our uses investigating & resolving issues as well as deploy fixes on Heck Yeah platform both mobile & backend.

Responsible for leading the delivery team, reviewing the processes, Deal with selective clients. I oversee the whole internal/external processes & change them accordingly towards a better delivery & software development service. With Software Developers (Web & Mobile), QC, Project managers, System Administrators & HR reporting to me, I own the internal Workflows & processes & I work closely with the Team leads in enhancing & automating our internal processes to provide better utilization of our resources & better quality. This also includes Bright Creations Products where I help the management in evaluating the features & provide architecture solutions for these products.

• Contribute to the organization Strategy, Setting the roadmap for software services and delivery of software projects

• Planning and setting goals for software technology, setting processes and build capacity

• Driving and managing the planning implementation, and tracking of short and long-term projects to ensure On-Time delivery of all software projects and that all clients' requirements are fully met in coordination with the Managing Director & Commercial Director

• Leading the software service delivery team (Project Management, Software Development, QC & System Administration, supporting, monitoring and reviewing their performance and developing their capabilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of software delivery staff including managing all people, processes & tools
